The ambient / drone album initially released via Cold Fiction Music in June of 2019 has received a complete reconstruction. Elements from the original tracks have been extracted, looped, smeared and reinterpreted into complete new concepts including minimal percussive enhancements. Such alterations have caused significant structural and even tonal changes yet still retain the underlying vibe that was presented in the initial release. These mutated versions were actually created in the wake of the initial recording sessions back in June while the aura was still fresh yet were withheld from being released until now.

In addition to the original, unaltered tracks of When It Mattered being available on CD for the first time, over three and a half hours of previously unreleased material is presented here in both digital stream and offered in physical format with an attractive 4 CD set housed a DVD case.
