Continuing sonic vibes somewhere between "Sojourn in Canaan" and "Château du Haut​-​Kœnigsbourg," this album stems from melancholic thoughts of old, dark apartment buildings and the worlds contained within. Each door from any dimly lit hallway houses people with complete histories, fears, triumphs and every facet of human experience. Such doors are passed by daily, avoiding any interaction for safety and convenience. To knock on any door could begin a new chapter for the lives of both parties, yet could also mark the end.

"Apartment 17C" can be easily heard from the opposite side of a neighbor's wall at some early morning hour, be it a late night party or just an isolated soul spacing out to a loud hifi system. Depending on what side of the wall the listener is offers a different experience though through the bass lines the core essence will be preserved.
